The ceremony took place at the DEGS Cathedral under the patronage of Mrs Tang Natacha, Coordinator of the Monegasque Cooperation in Madagascar and in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The Licence comprises three courses : Specialised Educator, Social Service Assistant, and Development and Socio-Organisation Agent. In the Master's programme, students can choose between three courses : Social Policy and Development, Social and Territorial Development, Social Organisation - Eco-Development and Workplace, and Educational and Cultural Policy.
